Go to the UPS Store just down the street! They have better hours and the employees are much more friendly and helpful. When I walked up to the Post Office today they had shut and locked their doors early. You could see people in there and they ignored the fact that I was standing there with several boxes. I tried to use the self-mail service, but my box was too large. Another lady walked up after me. I told her they had already locked the doors. They proceeded to let her in, but not me. This really upset me. I put my packages back in my car and drove to the UPS Store with tears in my eyes. The people at the UPS Store were so kind and helpful, they put a smile back on my face. I will save myself the frustration from now on and just go straight to the UPS Store and skip the Post Office altogether.

Worst postal service of anywhere I have lived. Always an issue and the supervisor is completely inept and doesnt care what your issue is.

The carrier leaves an electronics package out in the pouring rain (couldn't walk 6 more steps to put it under cover). Then will not give me the full value of the item because the sender didn't purchase extra insurance. I appealed this and was denied. How stupid can you be? You don't leave packages on a bottom step in the rain. Walk to the door and place it under the porch.

Every time I've come here, there's usually been a line. Not terribly log, but having only one postal employee at the counter probably is a contributing factor. Everyone that I've dealt with her is competent and helpful. Good neighborhood post office, but expect to wait in line when do visit.

I got a PO Box here for my business and for two months everyone who sent mail to me said it was returned. To check I started mailing my self mail. Not one letter made it. When I went to the post office to check they said, oh sorry we never took the box closed sticker off of the back. Talk about Slackers!
