Our mail delivery person is probably the worst I've ever had. I've lived in Kankakee for just 2 months and get mail from ever neighbor along my road. I just put it back in my box today with yet another note  stating that this is not my mail and they just left it this time. I haven't received any of my magazines yet. The first 2 days we were in our new house I received bills for my neighbors. I will NEVER put a piece of mail in my personal mail box for them to pick up. I just deliver it to the main post office on the way to work. Or just do direct deposit on the internet.

Don't get my mail until after 6 pm how is that possible

I mailed a letter in the outside mailbox without postage. Kim, was the clerk that answered the phone and she was understanding and helpful. When I drove back to the post office the letter was waiting at the window for my stamp. In and out in 5 minutes. Thanks Kim.

Horrible customer service, teller repeatidly rolled his eyes and had an attitude and liked to make disrespectful remarks when i was only trying to pick up a package

I received the worst customer service call from the Kankakee Post Office.  The lady had attitude with me from the moment I said hello and needs customer service training if she's going to continue making the phone calls for USPS.
