Customer service is not the greatest...the first person I spoke with, a very polite man, confirmed the documents I need to open a P.O. Box; I filled out the form and retrieved the items from my car, came back in and a lady had taken his place at the counter and basically had a problem with everything I filled out on the application, finally demanding a copy of my apartment lease (this is not a document requested on the official app). I pointed this out and asked to speak to the man again; eventually all three workers behind the counter were discussing this issue and had different opinions, it was ridiculous....Sanity eventually prevailed and I was able to open the box with the items listed as acceptable ID. I have never had such difficulty opening a P.O. box (or been made to feel bad for opening one) though the gentleman did apologize. Of course I will be going back to check mail but I will be sure to go out of my way to ignore the rude woman.

In one word it was terrible. I sent a mail certified and it was delivered so I went back with my recept so that they could track it. When they gave me my proof back Somebody had drawn stars and clowd on my recept which I was going to use at the court. Nobody was responsible for it. Not professional at all. They didn’t take care of my documents and drew on it.....

Came into the post office having already looked up shipping rates and selected a priority flat rate box for my item. Upon coming up to the counter AL KA informed me that it would be cheaper to send it ground in one of the padded envelopes off the wall and quoted me a price of three dollars. I then went and got the envelope which said 239 on it and put my item in the envelope and filled out the mailing address. I then went back up to the counter to be told my new package would now be twice as much as the flat rate box and nowhere near three dollars then complained and said I would send it flat rate at which point she said I still had to pay for the envelope. Worst experience of any post office I’ve ever been to.

The incompetence of the carriers is surprising. They are government employees, however, so maybe not that surprising. Had a priority package scheduled for delivery, as per the usps tracking. Tracking showed the scan of my package as "out for delivery". Excellent, right? Wrong. Somewhere between them loading it on the truck and delivering it they either: A) decided to steal it, or: B) delivered it to the wrong house and not scan it as to mark the shipment as 'delivered'. This oversight has led to a $200 package being either stolen by the carrier or the homeowner to which it was wrongfully delivered. The supervisor of this location gave me the run-around every time I spoke with him. It is apparently standard procedure to deliver packages and not scan them to mark them as delivered, which leaves a GPS mark for their records. Avoid this post office and its incompetent staff. Thanks for nothing.

The woman who manages this post office is awful. She is nasty and has no Customer Service as part of her DNA.
