I made an appointment to get my passport and when I arrived at the Post Office, Josh was very rude to me. He was swearing, he was mumbling that people are never ready and they never have their stuff and how this was going to screw up his whole day. He seemed put out that he had to take my picture. He received a phone call when he was helping me and he "dropped" the phone instead of setting it down when talking to the customer because he was frustrated. This post office will lose your mail or just not deliver it but who know which it is because I don't receive items I'm told are coming. You just never get what it is that's been sent. WORST post office ever!

I had a time sensitive usps document that I needed signed for court. I went to the Breck post office when it was supposed to show up and they said there was a delay in Denver. I waited and waited filed a report and basically talked to an upper official in denver who basically said the people at the Breckenridge were lying about a delay. If they had come clean I could have resent the documents in time for my court date. Instead I was waiting on a fictitious story. I got screwed big time.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent post office before in my life. It takes my package 4 days to cross the entire country, but it takes 2 days for these neanderthals to "unload" the package and travel 25 feet. If there is anyway for you to avoid dealing with this classy, hardworking government establishment, I would highly recommend it.

I've only had good experiences here, especially compared to other post office branches I've used. All three of the employees I've worked with were extremely helpful and willing to spend extra time when I had some difficulty with a package. Only negative would be the wait time for non-USPS packages to be processed, but as long as you account for this and wait an extra day before trying to pick them up it's not a huge inconvenience.

These people get too lazy to put your mail away and would rather just return to sender than store mail properly in their customer's boxes. I received 0/5 Christmas letters from my family that were all correctly addressed for my box. Pure laziness and carelessness in this bunch. Would rate 0 stars if it was an option.
