Left my package on the front porch without ringing the doorbell. My package was COVERED in snow. Its a birthday present so I can't open it yet but it better not be ruined. They should really consider putting the packages in a bag to protect it if they're going to be lazy and not ring a doorbell.

Joe, Tori, and several of the ladies working the front counter have been very kind when we needed help to try to locate several missing packages we had in a weeks period in Dec (None of which have been located and all have been lost once reaching the Jenison Post Office. They have acknowledged this but haven’t offered any solution or compensation). Jim was very unpleasant and difficult (other employees have apologized to us for him and his lack of professionalism) to the point of having to call a supervisor twice about the service (or lack of) that he gave us. Overall, I recommend going to the Grandville Post Office, Pak Mail, etc. over coming to this post office.

We moved to Jenison about a year ago and have been nothing but disappointed by the local post office. Mail not being picked up from our mailbox when the flag is up, packages mis-delivered once or twice a month (one day we had 9 packages mis-delivered to two separate incorrect addresses- all of the packages marked as delivered and most of them never received by us). When we have called the office to inquire about missing packages, half he time the phone rings and rings with no answer. In general I have a high opinion of USPS and we have never had problems like this at any of our previous addresses, so sadly this appears to be an issue with our local branch.

I guess two day priority doesn't have a guarantee? Well, why don't they just rename it to WhenEver Day Priority? I went into the Jenison office to ship a package in two days, I didn't ask about a guarantee, I asked about getting a package there in two days.
