Not happy with not getting my Amazon prime when needed in 2 days & 2 different times I paid for 1 day shipping for items I needed and I get notifications as if it was undeliverable , access unable to get to door etc. When that is completely false because I'm waiting here on those days for those items. At least let me know if to busy and give me a chance to come pick it up from post office. I understand things happen but not all the time.

They have very little parking. I couldn't get a PO Box here if I wanted to.

Always a long line as they refuse to have both windows open. Waited for several minutes only to be refused service because I needed a piece of tape on my box. Seriously? As much money as I spend ($18+ per box) to ship with USPS and can't spot me a piece of tape. Poor service in my opinion

There were two ladies that work at the front desk. Both were extremely rude, so rude that I left crying. I was trying to pick up my parents mail, as they've instructed me to do -- some of which was in my name. The ladies would not let me pick it up, and accused me of lying. They said they knew my parents and they'd never ask me to do something like this, even though I previously did the same thing last year when my parents were away, also as instructed by them. These two women's behavior was uncalled for. They did not have to be so rude and accusative.

Everytime I go into the post office in Herrin the same old lady is at the counter and she is always rude as hell!!! There are to many people that qualified to work in customer service to put up with this kind of rudeness from an employee. I can imagine how her co-workers feel!!! If I knew the corporate number I would be flooding the lines till someone listened to me. I GUARANTEE the two reviews on here are NOT the only complaints!!!!!
