The service is horrible. The people are not focusing n their work. They start having their own conversations while attending you. Many workers take breaks during service hours and there is only one person at the desk “ applying for passports “ . I would not recommend if you’re in a hurry.

The people take too long , and once they attend you they start having their own conversations and take an eternity. Employees walk out, during service hours and there is only about one person at the desk. Terrible experience.

Paula is a rude and very loud lady, parking was packed because if the passport line wrapped around the building. No one could help me walk my 3 boxes all the way from the farthest parking lot each weighed at 30lbs. I am a 100lb girl and I have sezuires. She didn't care and had a nasty attitude and her exact words were that's not my problem. Go to another company if you are shipping or don't have time to wait in line.

It's the best deal in town! Where else can you go to mail a letter all the way across the country for only $0.49 cents?! I love this place!

Hit or miss. The two employees I talked to were very helpful and attentive, but the other customers were receiving service that was beyond rude.
