I brought a package to be returned in October 2017, we’re now in 2018 and they claim to have no record of me ever bringing anything in. My first visit to check up on things they said they don’t give receipts I’d have to check my tracking number. My second and finally check up to see what’s going on with my package they claimed to have no record that I ever brought it in and that I needed a receipt...WORSE POST OFFICE SERVICE/EXPERIENCE EVER!

Very poor service. When you call guy on phone is rude. They keep damaging my packages and stuffing them in a mail box that don’t fit. I have them on camera and I’m gonna take action. Get your act together

ALWAYS a long line, short staffed, hot as hell in there and they take FOREVER. Not to mention love to deliver my packages to the wrong address and people end up bringing back mangled packages of mine because they thought it was mine or tried to steal it and weren't interested in the item.
