I see a lot of negative reviews. I had a very different experience. The person who helped by was friendly, attentive, and very helpful! All my questions were answered with patience and a smile. 
Perhaps all of the negative attention spurred a new effort towards customer service. I feel that if everyone were treated the way I was, then there would be no way to for all of these negative reviews to hold any water.

USPS Quail Roost Miami doesn't deserve the 1 star I gave them. That said, these government employees are rude, nasty and do as little as they possibly can to service their customers. Today is the 7th of December 2017. I receive a certified return receipt letter every single month. It arrives here in this post office on the 1st of every single month every single year. It contains something very important to my daily life. I have yet to receive that letter this month. My mailman told me that there is nobody available to sort Mail, so all certified letters are just sitting behind the wall where nobody lifts a finger to sort so that they may be delivered. Below their highly paid grade level to do so I suppose. Get off your collective lazy tails and sort the mail that has been certified because it is important enough to get special care not to mentioned paid for in full. I personally went to the QUAIL ROOST POST OFFICE to insist they sort through the mail for them to retrieve my envelope. They said rudely they could not help me and to leave. Ten times he said I can not help you!  Well who can?  This is ridiculous!  They all need to be fired and replaced with Americans who want to work hard, earn their paycheck, and service the customers who pay their salaries!

I sent out 3 effing packages this week worth a lot of money that I need. All those people you see behind the counter next to the computers I have no problems with because they scan my $hit, give me my receipt so I can track the packages, and overall do their job. The one tall, lazy, lanky, black, turtle/lizard hybrid looking, bad attitude having idiot who you rarely see, but is usually behind the self checkout took my packages, had a horrible attitude with me, never scanned my $hit nor did I ever receive a effing receipt to confirm I sent the items cost me money and time and I want his @$$ fired.

How the f do you work at a g d post office and not scan the items so they can be tracked?? I swear to god if my packages get lost in transit and I don't get my money everyone will be having a horrible week and it won't be me.

Worst PO in America. They delivered my package to the wrong address, then told me to call the charge card company and blame it on the sender "because Visa will always side with you." They never answer the phone, and after making you wait in line for over 45 minutes they seem to delight in refusing to help in any way.

The worst place ever!!! The manager is an awful person, have no respect for others and super disgusting. Poor people working there!! If there were -5 stars I'll do it just because of her!!!
