Sent a coworker to mail a few letters. They told her it would cost $3.00 a letter. Went to another post office and they charged me 90 cents for the same letter. They are a scam. Make sure you ask them if what they are charging is the lowest price. Just a sad mess over there.

Horrible customer service. The two gemale employees actually make you feel bad about sending mail. They are rude and dismissive. This review is unfortunately based on more than one experience with both of them. 
I have gone there on several occasions seeking help with which labels or which packages to pick and they were not only did not help me, but made me feel bad about not knowing what I was doing. There are plenty people that are well qualified to work with the public and would appreciate their employment. Since they apparently don't.

We come to this post office frequently. I always find the staff helpful. Unusually, I often find the other customers helpful and friendly. More of a neighborhood feel to this office. On the other hand, I will never go to that FedEx office down US 1 from here, by the Community Bank, again. Rudest, uninformed FedEx people.

Couldn't tell you much since I didn't get to do what I needed to do...arrived at 5 pm and as soon as I walk in a guy yells "we're closed" .... clearly it states they're open until 6 but only the "outside" is open until 6. The clerks are only there until 5pm. I usually go to the one on 186th st, they're super friendly there but they are only open until 5 ....super pissed I didn't get to mail out what I needed.
