This is the worst post office to get any information on a package that showed delivered to me but I didn’t receive it. Went to the post office and was told that I had a new postal carrier and they would research. Nothing has been done. Have filed numerous claims. The package was not insured by sender. Our regular mail carrier, Patti, is great but she is on leave. Always receive packages for others. I have the same house number but different avenue. I know packages are delivered there as I get their packages. I always put them back in the box with a note stating wrong address.  The people on the other avenue don’t do that they just keep the package.

Can I add a - negative star, this place is aweful, they never answer the phone (not sure why they even have one). I also called the HQ, and I have been on hold now for over 40mins. This is terrible service.

Horrible custumer service, giving bad attitudes to the custumers and won't  answer back the question I asked and rolled their eyes at me with attitudes.  I wonder why they do this..... if they don't  like dealing with people they shouldn't  be there in the first place.

this branch has no idea what customer service is. front desk girls with attitudes . manager lost and does not put any importance to the issue.. mail carries lost. when will main office get  personnel that really wants to work and know what customer service is.

Worst costumer service.....they marked packages as delivered in parcel locker but when you check your main mailbox no key inside so you can open the parcel locker and get your packages. Definitely not ordering more online and if I do I rather pick it myself before a government employee steals my items. Filed a complaint let’s see if these thieves find the packages or give me the keys to get my packages. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
