They do not deliver to our house everyday, there will be days at a time where we recieve no mail. Whoever delivers our mail is lazy and does not get out of the vehicle to leave at front door so then we always have to have our packages re-delivered and they do not leave a re- deliver notice for us.

Terrible customer service.. Just throw the whole staff away and bring professionals in because the white guy and the black woman with a boy haircut is rude as hell.. Never smiles, they always have am attitude... And to top it off, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!  I called 30 times In 1 day then finally went there on my lunch break only to see 1 person in line...go to homestead.. They're better just always crowded and now I see why!

It's usually far less busy here at this post office than the one downtown. Usually the line is less than 5 people and the employees are pretty friendly. I mail out  a lot of products every single week  and they've been quite helpful to me even though they didn't have to be.
