By far the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Our mailman frequently delivers mail to us that belongs to other tenants. Trying to pick up a package is a joke...get ready to stand in line for thirty minutes in a crowded room with 20 other angry customers. The clerks are rude and condescending. Parking lot is tight and dangerous to get into. Oh, and don't forget the cherry on top; people begging for money as soon as you walk outside. You'd be better off getting mail delivery service at a remote undisclosed military base in an underground Antarctic bunker by a fleet of carrier pigeons.

Terrible customer service,my mail have been deliveried to my neighbors and o couples of my checks have been missing and I had to pay late fees,because someone wasnt doing his job.
I think that for dover post office is time for new management.Time to replaced all those lazy postmen.I just installed a new survilliance system today to see what they do because some of my checks are dissapiaring ,they dont want to walk to my front door an drop the packages or ring the bell.

The customer service I received from Dover post office isn't bad. But no phone number?  And when I found one believed to be the correct number,  all I hear is ringing. Not happy  I have to drive all the way to the post office just to ask a question!

I would honestly give them 0 stars if I could, they delivered a package that I never received and I was told a supervisor would contact me when back from lunch. I received no call two hours later I call and am on hold for 10 minutes just for the lady on the phone to tell me she’s going to make a call and call me back in 15-30 minutes. This was on a Friday and I never received a call back from her then of course the weekend came so an extra two days without my package when I already waited a month for it. This is by far the worst customer service I have received.

I know in general post offices get a bad rap, but this post office had great employees with excellent customer service skills.  My wife and I waited in line with my 6 month old son for 2 hours to submit his 1st application for a passport. You may think, why would he rate this place 5 stars for a two hour wait, but is because the systems and staff in place kept use at ease. All staff were friendly, collecting and copying information from all customers to speed up the process. There were cookies and deserts while you waited in line. Lastly, all the employees were smiling and friendly dealing with a long line of people. Hats off to this post office and if you need passport services done in Delaware, get it done at this location.
