Worst customer service ever! Super rude. They just don’t care and don’t provide a friendly customer service experience. By far the worst! The guy with the white hair was sooooooo rude and had a major attitude. He told me to go tape the box myself and come back. I said okay, I will pay for you to do it for me? He said no you do it. Really ? You couldn’t put one piece of tape to close the box for me?!? Ridiculous . Definitely nothing compared to other USPS stores

Literally shipped my box in and out in 8 minutes. They had a long line but the post office was accommodating and had 4 workers up front.

Absolute horrid experience. Not enough staff. The Phone number is basically useless because they don’t answer. Got a problem with a package not being delivered and you’re not able to visit the post office? Well you’re flat outta luck. Terrible customer support.

Office is very disorganized, and the staff constantly messes up deliveries. Staff frequently inputs "Notice Left" into the system when in reality nobody even passed by. Deliveries are also commonly delayed.

Had a priority express next day package sit there for 7 days.took the clerk 20 seconds to find it and on the package it said undeliverable with no reason why.no signature was required and it fits in my mailbox at mango way apts in homestead.she made a copy and said she would have the supervisor call and what do you think...No one called to explain.I am here again today waiting for a next day guaranteed package after 4 days and nothing yet but online says will be here by 3pm today and its past that and no mail for anyone has been delivered here yet.Dont say next day guaranteed and make me pay and expect it if you Cant Deliver.Just go out of business already and let someone responsible take over.the girl at the counter was nice but the supervisor didnt care one bit to call me as promised.DONT SAY GUARANTEED NEXT DAY IF YOU CANT DELIVER.The USPS owes me money.
