I’ve only been to this location a few times. They are almost always busy but are very helpful and move through the line quickly. They even have staff members checking with people in line to see if anyone is just picking up or dropping off so they can expedite the process and make the wait time even less. 
My only complaint this time is that they were out of the stamps I wanted-nothing to do with the staff and their performance!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced by a company. The supervisors have no idea about appropriate or effective customer service. They lost my express package and after visiting the branch no less than 4 times in one week and after being told each time they will call me by the end of the day to update me on whereabouts of my package they never called. The employees are poorly trained and ineffective. The don't answer the phone, they always have extremely long lines, and give wrong and misleading information.

If you're there for a pick up I suggest u have an hour to spare ,guy in charge of that will attend anyone else before the people in line.I was there on a Monday

We depend on USPS for our livelyhood. Many times we've put in an pickup online request, received a USPS WTC confirmation and our packages are still not picked up.
