The question to all these issues is there anything that can be done. If management turns a blind eye and no one in the service seem to give a damn, what can be done. I don't like to tolerate or accept incompetence but in all honesty I have given up. From late mailed delivered almost at night, packages that I was suppose to get on one day and never scanned or updated which let me know that it was sitting in the truck overnight and finally delivered at 7:00am which is unusual... I don't know service every where is this area has just gone down hill. It's disappointing.

I am very familiar with this location being that this is where my mail comes through. However, if you ever come here when there is a long line of people you will see the staff will do little to get people out and on there way. Its like they know they're government employees and you have no choice but to wait on them.
If I could pick my own post office it won't be this one

I have no complain with their customer service but the only thing I complained about was their delivery. If they will just carefully deliver all the packages to their right addresses then there will have no any problem!!! I've lost so many packages but the post office is not doing anything about it!! I have received confirmation that the package was already delivered but there's no single item inside my mailbox!! Some packages i did receive but some of them i didn't!! DELIVERY SERVICE  SUCKS!!! TELL YOUR DELIVERY EMPLOYEE TO DO THEIR JOB RIGHT!!
