I’ve been living at my new address in south Holland and I have yet to receive a flyer sales paper Or my mail!!!!! I put in an online change of address and nothing I even had given my new address for my bank to send me out my new bank card and it’s been 2 weeks going on three and no mail at all I given this address to my friend who mailed out something two weeks ago and I still haven’t received it This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!! No one ever answer the phone at this location either I have never had this problem before when I moved And I can’t believe how the postal service is so messed up in 2017 I even put my name on the mailbox and still not a sales paper and it’s a jewel osco on the corner with Popeyes n checkers not one flyer or letter in three weeks of me living at this address

They were very helpful! I forgot the name of the older white lady with the glasses. She was great, and even went above and beyond to look for a letter for me. Thank you very much

The staff are friendly but seem overworked. The building is sufficient but is run down. Overall it gets the job done.

Its the postal service.Never had a problem except the attitude's sometimes.

Ruined an important delivery that was expected to be fulfilled in a timely manner. Did not complete their follow-up delivery, nor did they leave any notification for contact in regards to the delivery. I go in to take care of the matter personally, and their front clerk attempts to chastise me when they're the one who couldn't get the task correct. Glad to not have to rely on their services after this delivery.
