I had an issue with a package that was mistakenly sent to my old address (that technically should have been forwarded to my new address since it was sent/received within the year of my address forwarding request). The first time I called about it I spoke to a woman who was not helpful at all and then to her supervisor, who was even less helpful! The supervisor shouldn't be a supervisor...he wasn't at all customer service oriented. The reason I give this location three stars is because the second time I called about the issue (on June 9th, at 4:45) a VERY helpful gentleman named SCOTT listened to my situation/problem, wrote down my info, and told me he would personally go to my old address and try to get it back. This has been the only helpful post office employee Ive EVER encountered, and I hope I can find him again to thank him just for TRYING to help and not being a total jerk as most of them are. As far as this location goes for in person transactions, it is usually pretty busy, so expect a 15 min wait at peak times.

Anyone who visits this location knows the elder woman with white hair who is always very unfriendly. Today instead of apologizing that my packages that I paid 30 bucks to overnight wasn't there she preceded to argue with me about ship times. I would avoid this location and woman if at all possible.

Half of the people who work behind the desk are some of the rudest people I have ever met. I guess I'm the opposite as the rest of you, I love my mailman. Very friendly.

Old woman behind the counter was rude and condescending. Mailman is a joke as well. We constantly get mail for other houses in our neighborhood. Unhappy and lazy government employees. Edit: Mailman more recently filled my mailbox and decided the best place for my box that wouldn't fit would be thrown out in the yard. Will not be getting anything else delivered to my home.
