This is the absolute worst post office I have ever been visited.  The customer service is horrible and their true lobby hours are 10 to 3pm, not 10 to 5pm.  Our tax money is being spent for this office to be open to pick up packages during the time of day that most Americans are at work...does this make sense at all?  Who is the idiot post master general at this location?  You should have some common sense.  You serve us....and have unrealistic hours is outrageous.

Go to get package. But oh no they close at 3pm now, further making it harder for Americans to get their packages. Seriously, its like they make their hours so that any normal adult doesnt have any free time to get their stuff.

Here on Google it says they are open until 5:00PM, I just showed up and there is a sign that says lobby hours end at 3:00PM. Please change your store hours online because I just wasted my time.

Carrier missed Amazon guaranteed delivery time and put into the tracking that the delivery address was inaccessible and that the package was available for pickup at the post office. They never even tried to deliver it. I went to the post office to pick it up... it wasn't there, it was still on the truck.

They were able to put a packing slip in my mailbox and mail, but could not put my package in the mailbox because the "receptacle was blocked" Did not even bother to disclose where or at which location my package is located.
