i keep on going in and changing my address on the proper form yet I'm always missing some mail that the sending party confirms to have sent out. some of these missing mail items are gift card and replacement cards of other institutes.

They never pick up. Every time I call I get a busy tone. I've tried multiple days and weeks.

The woman at the passport department has been given a little bit of authority and it's went to her head. She was very unprofessional. I had some legitimate questions about how to fill out the forms properly before they were sent in, which appeared to be a burden to her. That's part of her job. She allowed the rest of my family to look over their passport picture, but didn't offer that for me. She was irritated if you didn't know every detail of the process beforehand. She asked me to sign the forms, then said my signature wasn't cursive enough and to resign it. I resigned it the way it was taught to me in school, then she huffed and said, "We'll let them decide if it's cursive or not." If she was trying to be helpful, she would have pointed out what she found wrong with it or let me redo the form before mailing it in.

A literal joke. I was HANDED a "Sorry we missed you" slip while standing next to my mailbox. Now I have to wait until Monday for my package. I believe the driver just didn't want to deliver my package and had simply left it behind with the intent to not deliver it in the first place.
