I mail out Christmas cards and this year my daughters first birthday invitations. I had multiple people who did not receive their invitation - and got a Christmas card sent back to me - who knows if they all made it to their destinations. I still get mail for the person who lived here before me even though our names are in the mailbox. I have never had a problem with missing mail until moving to Fishers. Love this city but the post office is terrible - either that or my mail carrier is incompetent.

Staff is rude and condescending. Probably the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. I try to avoid going whenever possible and drive out of my way to use FedEx or UPS instead. My carrier is no better. He makes it clear he takes no pride in his job. Fishers deserves better.

I called in because one of my packages has been missing. Tracking number said it was at post office. so i called and talked to a guy named Curt to get more information. the guy was very rude and seem like he didn't want to help at all. very bad customer service.

Not nearly as busy as the Carmel post office. Edit: I usually go here and use the machine, but I recently mailed a package and only had cash. I was confused about the flat rate pricing, simply it was higher than I had remembered. Not a big deal, but the man who helped me was very rude and condescending in his response to me.

The employees there are very thoughtful and helpful. This is the best post office location that I've ever visited. Thank you
