THIS POST OFFICE Should be shut down and put under investagation,. Or everyone fired that works here to allow boxes to get stolen right in front of them. My parents sent me a big box for Christmas for my kids and me. that I never received doto someone picking up my box. I asked them what's going to be done both postal offices told me there's nothing that can be done. Now I know that's b.s. because it's a fedral affence to steal others mail or packages ,so I'm holding artesia postal office responsible. thank you so much to United States postal service for reuning my Christmas holiday and not helping me for your screw up. Ive made a report with aretesia police department. So hopefully they will be a bigger help.

I have never had any problems with a post office except for this one...this post office refuses to drop of packages at our home even when we ARE home! They simply put a "sorry we missed you" card in our mailbox and do not even attempt to see if we are actually home. This is extremely inconvenient and annoying that we have to make a special trip to the post office just because they were too lazy to do their job.

Post office will not deliver packages. The just leave a “sorry we missed you note” in the mailbox and made no effort.  Now I have to find the time to go down the the post office to retrieve my package. This is very inconvenient!
