Why is it I had two business packages delivered to a guy across the street! He brought them over today. This isn't the kind of service I expect and it's what should change your advertising to. You guys suck. Your delivery drivers only have one job. And good pay at that. They're overpaid. If my neighbor was a troll like most are across the street, he could have kept them. What happened to Todd? Every single time we FINALLY get a good mail carrier, it changes. I want Todd back! You guys really suck. I can't rely on you for my business needs. If it were up to me, I'd get my stuff delivered by FedEx and UPS. You deserve one star. 🖕🏼

I had a package being shipped from China. As soon as I received a tracking number I updated my notifications to be informed about my package. I received a message around 10:30-11am saying that it was left. ONLY to find out that my package was not delivered the mail carrier has a copy of my apartment security door, they unlock my door to deliver mail every day and lock the door back. So there's NO EXCUSE for me not receiving my package. I called the USPS and scheduled a call back at 1pm EST. It's now 2:30pm still haven't heard anything back from them. I do NOT RECOMMEND using USPS for any shipping besides little priceless pieces of mail. I bet you if it was a bill then I would have gotten it 4-8 days sooner since my package was suppose to have been delivered on the 8th TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Wont even pick up calls. They hit the end button. I went there personally stood in line and watched them not answer phone calls deliberately. Miserable people along with a miserable service. Ordered from Amazon a week ago package successfully arrived at my mailbox via USPS. With the same information I used, I made another order 2 days ago that was to arrive today and didn't. I can't say this is the first, second, or third time this has happened, where they're just too lazy to deliver my package and make me get it from the postal service, or maybe it's because I have rookies that run my route and can't find a bright green mailbox right in front of their face. I've watched the mailman walk right past my mailbox only to be notified via email slightly later that my package is undeliverable. When asked why they claim it's because my address was wrong on the package However, I used the same shipping address and information from my previous successively delivered package, and called the head office to confirm that the address I had given was correct and was a valid address. At least four times I've been to the post office to debate this issue with them, and 4 times they convinced me that it was resolved. The point of a delivery is so I don't have to leave my house every goddamn time to pick it up! They're not doing anything to help me and being that they are our main delivery service I'm kind of at odds with what to do at this point. I filed several complaints each time, only for this to continue. truly deplorable.

mail man continues to leave the lid to the mail box open during bad weather therefore our mail is soaking wet, have already made a online complaint about this as well as other people's mail in our box and our mail in other boxes, our box is properly labeled with our names .very poor service..seems the pride the post office once had when my father was a mail man no longer applies
