I guess someone was really unhappy they were working this Sunday (but I'm sure the OT pay was great) because when they delivered my Amazon Prime package, they BANGED on my door at 8 a.m. to let me know it was there. I get TWO days a week to sleep in (often less than that because on weekends I'm often up early volunteering for non-profits) and I really don't appreciate someone BANGING on my metal door at 8 a.m. It was a terrifying way for me AND my cats to wake up. You scared us all rude inconsiderate USPS employee. Could you have at least used the doorbell? The United States Postal Service continues to disrespect their customers in every way possible. Slow lines with uncaring employees on epically slow speed and now total disregard that not everyone is up and at 'em at 8 a.m. on a Sunday morning. Even if it had been the middle of the day, it was not necessary to beat on my door like that. USE the FREAKIN' DOORBELL.

Tasha is very rude, and very dirspectful. Every single time I go in she always has something rude to say. She obviously hates her job and is very unprofessional.

I use this post office regularly. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and quick. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Has so far lost 2 important documents in the last month, both a SNAP interim change report and an OHP Reapplication for benefits. As a result of the absolutely terrible blunder of this office, I now have a huge tax liability from lack of health insurance, and I am out of food and hungry. And I only discovered that these mailed forms never arrived at their destinations when my benefits were lost. I had no chance to resubmit paperwork to ensure I kept my benefits, as I assumed that a POST OFFICE PAID BY TAXPAYER MONEY AND THE HARD EARNED WAGES OF PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB WOULD SUCCESSFULLY ACCOMPLISH A TASK THAT COULD BE DONE BY ANY IDIOT WITH A WHEELBARROW AND GOOGLE MAPS. Now I have to arrange rides (I have no car) for chores/work to deliver my forms directly to other government offices BECAUSE I CANNOT RISK THE FURTHER LOSS/POTENTIAL THEFT OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. I have no idea if my forms were just lost, or if they were stolen by a worker of this office to be sold as identities on the internet black market. The fact that this office is either nefarious or incompetent enough for this to occur is a glaring MARK OF SHAME upon my community. Tl;dr: you had ONE job here...
