I booked an appointment to do my passport at this office because the postal office on Bayshore that does not require an appointment but was an utter disappointment and a disgrace to customer service within the Postal service system. But I will write a full review on their site. Because it is worth noting and taking time out of my busy day, that the Oak Grove post office was down right efficient and they do it how it is supposed to. I arrived on time for my appointment, Nancy was ready for me; then she processed my documents within 15 minutes I was done and my passport is coming back to me double expressed mail. I was having such a good time, I forgot my check book, Nancy called me and had it ready for me to pick up when I took my lunch break. Thank you Nancy, because of her excellent service, I will be a loyal customer to this post office, I wouldn't waste my time anywhere else.
