Older woman there LOVES to throw packages. She is overweight and doesn't want to move so she just hikes boxes marked fragile over the counters and into the bins. She does it all the time, I've even asked her please don't hike my package, but to no avail. RETIRE ALREADY!

Only been here 2 months. Had very important medication delivered to a neighbor and they lost 2 payment checks that we mailed out. This is ridiculous.

The drivers keep driving over my lawn! That's something I would expect from a 10 year old. Two drivers within a couple of weeks drove over the same patch of grass and kept on trucking. They didn't bother to stop and apologize. Nothing.
