I have more problems with the post office than any other carrier service.

I called in due to a package not being shipped to my destination. When I was told why, I was hanged up on with no confirmation of my shipment being fixed. I called back and was hanged up on again. I called once again, same result. Later in the day I called again, quite furious at this point and talked to the same lady. Gave my tracking info and was told my package was already fixed and due in transit. Her lack of transparency within the first call and hanging up within the 2nd (3rd) call led me to ask for management, unfortunately she claimed she was the head manager.

Ups transfer a package I was supposed to receive today to the United State Postal Service so I went to my local office to try to pick up my package they told me I could not get it because it was on pallets I don't see why they could not go get my package because the UPS man is my neighbor and he told me how they transfer packages to the post office and it's not on pallets it's in bags

I just do not like the USPS at all. Had a complaint about the mail lady tossing a box marked fragile. Post office said they would investigate it and call me back. Well that was 8 years ago and I'm still waiting on that call.
