This has to seriously be the worst post office in the area. I have gone to various post offices throughout broome and tioga and it never fails... the linesssss with one postman running the counter and the other postman and women running around. By the way Do not go in the morning to get in and out you could be standing there for what seems like forever.

I'm rating their phone service. All I wanted to know was if there was any mail on hold for me instead of making that trip for no reason. Then they tell me I had a wait time of 37 to 55mins.

Twice in the past week I have had neighbors bring me my mail that was delivered to their home instead of mine.  Normally I get mail every day, at least junk mail, but lately barely anything. Today my mail box was empty, then my neighbor next door flagged me down to give me my mail that had been delivered to her house. I tried to call the post office to make a report and ended up, after multiple tries of the voice activated system misunderstanding the word "yes", managed to schedule a call back.  The call back finally came (listed only as Georgia on my Caller Id) and when I answered the call promptly disconnected...a second call came in shortly after, rang once, then nothing.  So I called back.  The recording said I would have a 23 minute wait. After more than 45 minutes on hold, I finally got a person...who then took another 15 minutes just to properly spell my name and input my phone number.  I explained the situation and after finishing she reread my complaint to me... I am "receiving misdelivered mail"  No.  My mail is being delivered to other people.  She says "Thats what I said.  You are receiving other peoples mail and others are receiving yours"  "No. Im not receiving others mail..I'm receiving some of mine, but twice in the past week others have received mine."  "..."  It was useless to waste any more breath ...I had to hang up.

Worst customer service ever.   There are never enough people to deal with customers in line!!

Apparently my money order i mailed out and handed to the lady personally got lost in the mail. Which included my return address. Beyond 😖 frustrated
