Little asian women think they are boss around here. Came here to pick up a package from Thailand and this little short haired asian woman gave me atttitude and I didn't even do anything. haha.. pathetic little asian women think they run the world there hahaha They come here from china and think they are boss when backed back the US government lol.. can't even speak proper English and dare to insult me? lol

Maybe I'm the rare exception and didn't try to get a passport during vacation season. I had a very little wait and they were very helpful. When shipping a package they are also very helpful. If I forget a form they let stand to the side and fill it out instead of going to the back of the line. I think most of you are being unreasonable and you should also be getting your passport during the off season.

Got here on a cold rainy day at 9:06am. The line for passports was already 16 people long. I signed in and waited....and waited.....and waited. I was not seen until 12:15. But the people were pretty nice and got the process done quickly. Also as someone stated before, bring blanket or jacket. It is freezing in this building.

Over 10 people in line on a Friday afternoon...and one lonely person (5 open service windows) serving the publix. The condition of the office is ...well not well cared for and it feels like the attendant also feels a lack of love as well!! Sad....simply sad.

F***cking sucks, the passport service is from 9 to 2 but rarely when you find someone there taking applications. Same excuse all the time, called in sick.....f**** off
