Took 9 days to get a birthday card delivered around the block. Mailed in Streetsboro and it was going to the street behind me in Streetsboro. Took 9 days. I take my mail to another city to mail now. Let's not even talk about how many times I get other people's mail. I put in back in the box and I have gotten it back days later.

Awful delivery service. Got a note that they came by my house twice to drop off a package, plenty of people were home yet no one heard or saw the delivery person twice? There is noway someone actually came by. 

And don't try to call in about any trouble you have, the phone rings for minutes with no answer. Worst service I've ever experienced... and it's a post office.

I absolutely love the front desk clerk; she cracks me up every time I go in! People have to remember that this is a big city and the post office is small, so you may have to wait some time. I came from Chesterland, OH and used to have to stand in line for up to an hour at times. It's call patience!!!
