Every time I ordered something on line even with expedite shipping or prime, this postal office always holds a It a day or 2 before putting it for delivery. So a 2 day shipping is always a 4/5 days when it ps transferred to them. Am not surprised on all the negative comments they have. It just sucks because this people get paid really good and get some of the best benefits a job can give you, and yet they still managed to do the worst job they can provide to their customers (or should I say employer since the public pay for your salary) do your damn job at least to satisfactory standards and not a pissed poor service. Wished there was a committee that review government workers so this people(clowns) can provide a better service to the public.

This is absolutely the poorest excuse of a post office I have ever interacted with. This location needs to be purged, and new employees who are willing to do their job need to take the place of these grossly lazy, rude, incompetent podunks. I was expecting a package today. I happened to be home when I received an email stating that my package could not be delivered. If the driver had merely knocked on the door, this would not have been a problem. He/she did not even leave a slip stating who to call or where to go to get the package. Isn't the whole point of online delivery to receive items at your door? Why am I paying shipping when I am expected to go pick up my item? This is one thing, but when I called to inquire about my missing parcel, the man on the other end of the phone was short and rude with me, as if I was in the wrong. Shut this place down.

Never met a "supervisor" as rude as Brandi. Attitude and constantly interrupting customer when talking. Should probably make one of the other employees a supervisor because they were all extremely nice.

Worst post office to go to in the county. I had a package sent to me two months ago. My tracking kept saying it was at the office so I went up there to get it. The employee told me it must've been sent back to the seller. Well of that was the case it would say so when I look up tracking I send enough packages and receive to know better. On top of they lost my paycheck from October and now can't get a new check until after Christmas. Anyways 3 weeks after I went up there and made a call to the USPS 800 number they magically found my package. If you can avoid it DON'T go through this post office. The one on mattis ave is WAY better. There's a reason why you guys have terrible ratings. Maybe you should fix it and hire better employees who can do their job right

There's really no other way to describe these people other than stupid AF. This office and the creatures that dwell inside masquerading as hard working citizens are the shining example of incompetence and idiocy that plagues our country. Unabashedly ignorant and lacking of any basic etiquette when interacting with another human being, it's as if they strive to meet and exceed their piss poor reputation as evidenced by the countless negative reviews here. These people are the softest and most delusional people in America. Nothing is EVER their fault, and there's no willingness to perform their basic, (AND ONLY), job. Delivering the damn mail.
