worst customer service ever 1st off I been dealing with there rude customer service who them sent me to there dispatch department. who then told me that there driver Jason dropped my package off at a house and i clearly live in a apartment. Now they cant have a manager of Jason give me a call they cant go and get my package when they should have went in the first place. You know where its at i shouldn't have to call for days or hours looking for my box when your lazy driver Jason too it to the wrong house on purpose. If i could give this company zero stars I would. I was having a package delivered i went there so there wouldn't be a issue tracking my package because let just be real people steal things all the time. I paid for shipping and everything so that my package would be delivered to my house by Monday. To my surprise it was delivered sat 2/10/18 but there was no delivery person in sight. I then had to call ups and see whats going on with my package they kept telling me that they couldn't find out any information and had to contact my local dispatch. I finally get a hold of them and they couldn't find there driver as I was going to have to wait for a call back there drive comes in and tells the dispatcher that he delivered it to a house. I then explained to him why would the delivery person bring my package to a random house when clearly my address state a apartment. So my only options where i can try and retrieve my package on my own or wait till Monday for the driver to go back an get it. I go and walk threw the piles of snow to go and try and fix ups mistake and ring the house on the corner door where clearly my package was deliver to and the guy tells me that there no package there. I then call ups back where they tell me to call the police to see if they can retrieve my package. I send them over there and nothing as well now ups is telling me that they need to send there driver back but hes off Monday so i have to wait till Tuesday to see if my package is there. I feel like this is a ups mistake and the person who has lost my package for delivering my package on purpose to the wrong place should be fired and ups is responsible for reimbursing me for my package. they also should have sent that driver back to the house immediately i don't understand what kind of company your running that just let them drop package off at random spots and then wont go back to pick them up for days.

I had to give this office 1 star for violating the civil rights of journalists. If i was grading on ignorance it would have been 5 stars. If you had educated your employees they might not have put the post office in such a horrible light. It's a shame the tax payers gift this agency money every year when they are clearly not worth our hard earned money.

I don't normally leave reviews. I was shocked at some of the reviews I have read and felt I needed to leave my opinion. I have used this post office regularly over the last year as it is closely located to my work. During the day, I can make a quick trip and be back at work with ease. I have always received the most courteous service. There are times when I need a pen, or even tape to affix shipping labels and they are more than happy to supply them for me. So much so, that I got tired of 'bugging' them for tape and purchased a roll of mailing tape. They always smile and seem 'happy' to see me. I have even had nice conversations with them when there is no line. I am not sure if other reviewers have made an error in location or just have bad attitudes, but these negative reviews do not reflect my experience at this location. I will continue to use this branch as it is a low traffic post office and I have never had any issues with their services or my shipments. Five Stars!

They arrest women with cameras! What idiots do they have in charge there? One miffed manager is going cost the Postal Service $150,000 for false arrest. First they tryed to tresspass them but discovered it is a pubic place. Then 2 blocks from the lot the bumbrowskis arrest the women for "unauthorized photography".
