I have used this location for 3 months, the parking is a testimony in patience, I get emails that my package has arrived, but not according to this post office, eleven after 3 days. About 30% get sent back to original sender. After all this, I found an easier way... the UPS building on La Paz and Pacific Park. If you get a box, they give you a key to the box AND a key to the door for after hours. Better for me anyway.

Dropped off my package, but it wasn't scanned by them. After a week or so, I came in to inquire about it, and they insisted that I hadn't dropped anything off. Hopefully my package does turn up either to the recipient, or at my door. I will never ship anything with them again. I've lost two packages before from USPS (costing me over 200 usd), and this is (hopefully not) the third one. I will be coming there again for one last time to inquire if their surveillance camera is actually working. Then they'll have proof that I actually did drop off my package. But other than that, I won't be using their service any longer. I don't normally write reviews, but this just takes the cake.

Horrible post office. I call stating my package was at their office but they couldn't find it. Its a one of a kind handmade ring worth a lot. They are doing nothing about it and is very frustrating. I am extremely upset

I went there to apply for a passport. The passport office is a small room with a private entrance from inside the main post office. I walked into a completely empty office and stood around for about 10 mins. I could hear a woman having a loud, personal phone call behind a different closed door. I decided to grab an application for a passport and fill it out while I waited for an employee to return to the desk. Once I completed that, I waited yet another 10 mins...and the personal phone call continued. I finally worked up the nerve to knock on the closed door. "Yes?!?" Yelled the woman. I opened the door and peeked my head in, she glared at me. "I am on break." I wondered why there wasn't signage on the entrance door to indicate this to their customers, but never mind. "Okay, about how much longer?" She rolls her eyes at me.... "5 mins....and you can't wait in the office. You need to wait outside in the main post office." This time, I rolled my eyes, thinking, I just spent the last 30 mins. in this office listening onto your mindless conversation, but whatever. I comply. She finally emerges and tells me to come back into the office. We have an less-than-helpful exchange about my passport where I was redirected to a larger office in LA due to my urgent need. She looks over my paperwork and realizes that I am needing a replacement passport because mine was stolen, and then she hands me another form. "If you have a lost or stolen passport, you need to fill this out." So I begin to fill it out with my personal pen. "You need a black pen." "This IS a black pen." More eye rolls from her. "Well, I don't have time for you to fill it out here. Take it home and return it to the other agency because I am busy." I look surprised at her, "Yes, I am busy doing other stuff." Ummm....what?!? Mind you, the office is still empty besides she and I. At this point, I tell her she has been extremely unhelpful and walk out and decide I won't be back.

They forgot to give my friend a receipt that would show the tracking number, package is still not delivered and we have no way to track it , don't like the way they conduct there service and duty to provide a receipt, it should be handed to you without having to asked for it. Very bad customer service specially when you pay with cash.
