I have a 10 by 8 envelope waiting to be picked up by the carrier. It's hanging from my wall mail box it can be seen al the way from the street. Today is the 3rd day I'm still waiting. Tried to call the post office to complain and I was on hold for 1hour 4 minutes. Rediculos! I guess i have to go in person and complain. This is important legal documents and it has not been picked up!!!!!!!

What should you say about a government entity running billions in losses other that its no surprise. I had a mail hold and they shipped it to another address in Oregon. Needed to go there 2 times before someone was capable to put the correct information into a computer system, then it takes a stunning 3 days for a computer to update that information.

The service took less than 10 minutes and the person who helped me out was very kind and efficient. It took less than 2 minutes for me to be done once I was at the counter. All the other people working there also seemed to be very hardworking and courteous. Thank you for making my shipping experience so stress-free and quick.
