This negative review is more a reflection of one of the passport agents, and not so much the staff collectively. Last week, the passport agent on duty was a blonde lady who was very helpful and sweet. Fast-forward to today, and now it is a black man who is exactly the opposite of what the lady was. I walk in at 11:32 and he tells me that I have to leave and go to the court house because 'she' (as he gestures to a lady filling out paperwork) will be his last customer for the day. Now, the lady sitting there was, as I said, filling out the paperwork for the passport application. I, on the other hand, had completed paperwork in-hand, along with all required identification and monies. Instead of just allowing me to turn in my paperwork and pay my fees *ahead* of the lady filling out paperwork, he directs me somewhere else; which translates to, "I'd rather sit here and wait for this lady to finish her paperwork so that I don't have to do anything for a while." I also mentioned to him that I had visited or attempted to visit that office nearly every day over the past week (so that he would know that I have been making every effort to get this taken care of), and even though he said, "I understand, but...," we all know he couldn't care less. Saying "I understand, BUT..." is the customer service equivalent of, "Your issue/need doesn't matter." The employees at the front desk are nice enough, and always helpful; but the gentleman I speak of in particular has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Excellent staff , very friendly and helpful, if you are polite while talking to them, they will do everything to help you 👍🏻💚

Very unprofessional. Their phone service is nonexistent. An automated voice states you are being transferred to the next available agent and then after several rings it automatically disconnects the call. They could not care less about customer service.

The front counter employees are great! I noticed that they are very helpful to all customers. They show concern for their customers. Very friendly people!

Because I live on the county line they tell me they don't service my address. So they refused to help me find my package even though after I track my pack it says that it is in their office. They wouldn't even bother to check. Terrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.
