Super friendly and customer service oriented facility. Very knowledgeable and eager to please. Lots of counter space while you wait.  I would go again just to feel happy and chat with both customers and employees. Well staffed with 3 employees on counter and a runner to retrieve packages and provide help with the self mailing machine. Some of the most courteous usps employees work here.

I have never seen the post office so unorganized as the Hutchinson Island service.  I when on vacation for a week and they stop my mail I have filled the green notice a few time and it has been over a month and I have not received my mail.  The mail man is rude and you can even speak to him I lived in south Florida for the last 50 years and I have never encounter such a problem

Kept trying to schedule a passport appointment but the site would not let me, so I drove 30 minutes over there for the lady to tell me it's by appointment only. I told her it wouldn't let me schedule one and I literally had everything ready and I only needed someone to witness my signature and she still wouldn't help me and said if the site didn't work then they must be booked. Yeah, literally no one was there waiting.

I incorrectly addressed a package so I contacted the Jensen Beach post office to see if they could assist me.  Ruth and Linda were so helpful and kind.  They eased my mind and made great efforts to get my package to the correct address in time for a funeral this Saturday.  The package arrived in time, and I am so appreciative and amazed with the great customer service and care I received from Ruth and Linda.  They even called me with an update yesterday!  I cannot thank them enough :)

Because of new mail lady all of my mail was returned and it cost me big time. Got 2 stories from the sane person and they couldn't even admit their mistake.
