Very rude and unprofessional staff. I always feel as if I'm bothering them. Just today I waited in a separate line (not the main one) I just needed stamp. The wait was about 10 minutes and once he was finished assisting that customer he just walked away and didn't return. I thought maybe he was getting something but after waiting another 15 I realized that this guy was not returning. That's such poor service for a federal employee

A complete joke. No way to talk to an actual person without standing in line 45 plus minutes.

you can not talk to a real person, making communication difficult, you have to answer real people and not a tax collector.

I'm am fed up with my mail being put in the other tenants mailbox.   There Are 2 boxes both clearly marked with our names. Yet this new postal worker cannot seem to grasp that she is to separate the mail.  
It is illegal for me to go thru his mail to find mine. And 80% of the mail is mine.  
She rides in a truck. It's not that hard to pull and separate the mail....
