Very rude help on the phone. Hung up on me because I was telling my boss I was on the phone. I will deal with a different post office from now on.

Go to another location or use the automatic machine in the lobby. The customers are in no hurry, the staff is in no hurry...etc. If you do not have time to stand in a line of 10 people while the teller and customers discuss their mothers issues or fathers issues and the weather and what theme stamps to buy...go elsewhere, you're going to have a wait here. Why people cant buy stamps and roll out especially seeing a line I have no idea.

We have called the Grafton office several times today and never get anything but a busy signal.  We are the last ones to receive mail on our route and it is routinely late; 5 or 6 PM is normal.  We put two letters in our box late Tuesday evening; they were finally picked up today (Thursday.).   We never know who is delivering the mail.  Or when or if we will receive it.

I live on Peachtree Lane. I have the rudest laziest postman. I’ve complained numerous times to the postmaster and they’ve done nothing to this man. For months he refused to bring packages to my four or pitch and shoved them into my mail box. They were clearly too big and we couldn’t get them out without damaging the box and products inside. He even just left them on the ground in front of my mailbox. After several complaints he now delivers them to my porch. What he doesn’t realize is we have him on camera ringing the doorbell and just dropping the package to the floor or throwing it to the floor or tossing it between the storm door and front door. Some of these packages have fragile products that have been damaged. He even gives a dirty look at the door like an idiot that doesn’t know he’s on camera. I want him terminated but his boss is just as bad. How far up do I go to get rid of them?

I dropped off a package at this location as I normally do but this most recent time, i noticed that 5 days went by with the tracking info still saying "Pre-Shipment" so apparently , I dropped off my package and it was stolen or someone who works here failed to scan it and now its lost. FYI when things like this happens there is literally nothing that usps will do. They will argue that they never received it and apparently they dont have cameras for you to view either...sounds like frauds and thieves to me
