The United States is gone and this post office is proof of that! I wouldn't be surprised if this post office is the first to attack America with that 5 billion rounds Obama bought. Hands down the worst post office I've ever dealt with. I don't like leaving bad reviews but when I do buddy, they are definitely deserving of them. If you can figure out a different service to get mail with, use it! don't even waste your life trying to use the service here. You'd have better luck making a living beating your head against a brick wall.

I never had a problem here!!! I moved to New Caney 5yrs ago and I never had to deal with any problem Miguel and the other two ladies are so helpful and patience I recently start selling online and they explain everything to me about what boxes I can use etc etc. When they are closed which is on the weekend I have to go to the one on porter they had a different way to work and I had to deal with a problem but nothing major

I'm giving them 2 stars only for the sake of the mail carrier in my neighborhood. If not for them, 1 star rating at best. The issue I have with this location is the ability, or lack there of to deliver small parcels. If I had to guess, about 50% of the packages I receive have extensive delays upon arrival to this location or have just been lost for days, if not weeks at a time. Sometimes they miraculously appear in our drop box, sometimes not. It's not uncommon that I have to contact the shipper and request a second shipment due to the local USPS ineptitude. My suggestion to anyone using this location is to have items shipped to another location or to your place of employment.

I read the statute that says interference with mail delivery is a felony! Where is law enforcement when the criminal is wearing a government uniform?! Use FedEx!

I have 4 stars because there is usually a line there. But on the other hand, the clerk behind the counter is always smiling, friendly and makes sure you have everything you need.
