The Filipino lady at the front counter was not helpful. There was a long line, and she was socializing with a male customer. I was next in line and I heard the whole conversation. She asked, are you Filipino? Is she blind or what? There was a whole line, people were waiting to mail their stuff and she is talking non-sense, not relative to any postal services topics. There was 2 oriental lady in the front counter. One went to the back office, even through she knows there was a long line. So that left with one Filipino lady. And she was taking her time SOCIALIZING. I was waiting for like 20 minutes before it was my turn. And when I get to the counter to mail my stuff. I asked her what is cheapest rate for my package. She replied $$ is the cheapest because you are mail Priority. I told her I don't need priority because I was mailing it to like 2 cities away and I don't care about speed. She keeps on repeating herself same thing, because it's Priority, it costs $$. NOT HELPFUL at all. She probably doesn't understand English. So I left with my package. My trip to this post office was a total waste. I went to another post office and mail it without priority, which saved me a bundle. Never come to this post office again. NEVER!

We visited for the reissue of son 's passport. Her name is Maria? She was very authoritative and unpleasant. What does she want to do on the spot? I was irritated and I did not want to see any business with her. I went to another post office and finished my work there. I Would rather go to any other post office that's farther away from home.

I went there to make a passport for my son. Before going there, I called and confirmed their closing time for acceptance. Someone who answered the phone, he said they close 4PM for passport, but should be there by 3:30 PM. I got there at 3:25PM, but the lady said she closes 3:30PM, so she turned me down. I asked to see supervisor. The supervisor, her name is Maria came out, she even didn't face me and said they close at 3:30PM with pointing sign which was posted on the wall. It printed on a paper in transparent paper. I told her that a male person who answered my call told me that they can do it if I walk in by 3:30. She said no male person answer the phone, only she and "Joe (male person)" answer, then she pointed Joe and said " You didn't tell 3:30". Joe nodded. I was last one who came to apply for a passport though. On "US Post office Passport" site, they put "acceptance hours" 9AM-4PM on Mon-Fri. That is official hour, how come they change the time on their convenience. They have to take care their customer first. Their attitude was so rude too. She didn't see my eyes, even didn't talk to me personally, she just announced to everybody in the office. No apology at all. Me and my husband took time off early from works to be there in time, but their attitude was "I don't care".
