I just went here to drop of a package with a label that I didn't have tape for. They wouldn't provide tape this time, like they did the last two times. UPS provides tape when I come in with a label. I am now redirecting my package to UPS as well as every single package I ship in the future. USPS is struggling to pay the bills as it is and they just lost another customer; up your game or hemorrhage cash - your choice USPS.

Showed up with my girlfriend two days ago, hoping to pick up a piece of express mail. We informed the woman behind the desk that we were there to pick it up, handed her the ID, and explained the situation. She asked if we knew exactly which box it was in and we replied no. Without hesitating, the employee immediately started berating my girlfriend for not knowing. My girlfriend starting crying and we walked out, hoping to contact the sender to find out what box it was sent to. I went back in and asked what the options of where it could be sent were. She said either general delivery or it would be returned. The same employee then aggressively told me that she was in charge of general delivery mail and she would have seen it had it come in. I asked her if she would check again. Reluctantly, she went into the back and came back about 30 seconds later saying it wasn't back there. I left and got in contact with the post master of the post office it was sent from. He informed me it would have been delivered to general delivery. Yesterday, I returned to this post office, asked a different employee (aggressive employee wasn't there) to check general delivery. She did and came back, envelope in hand, 15 seconds later, telling us it was the first piece of mail in general delivery. Which leads me to believe that the aggressive employee refused to even check general delivery for my mail. Overall, my experience was filled with laziness, rudeness, and an overall lack of respect for the customers.

They have left extremely damaged packages every time I get something sent to me via priority mail. I actually saw the driver walk up once and dump my package over my hand railing onto my handicap ramp, instead of walking around or setting it down nicely. It fell down 3 feet. They took my mail back out of my mailbox because I was on vacation for a week. They left a note saying it would be gone by December 30, but the note didn't appear in the mail box until January 5th. Other mail places just leave it and I get it when I return. Rhinelander post office is much better than the Wausau one. I use UPS or FEDEX instead as much as possible.

The drivers are lazy! I order my packages and they still make me go pick it up at the post office. For saying we dont shovel our front! Which we did shovel our front. We just dont have a cement walk way in the front. And our mail box is out in the street. We shoveled it and they still complain about getting out 2 feet just to put mail in. How ridiculous.
