Will not close mail box. Leaves box open even when it is raining. I have witnessed this personally. Left several notes to carrier in box. Called local post office. Still happens on regular basis. Runs over trash cans.  I have also witnessed this. Has hit my mailbox twice. I have replaced it once and hit it again. Please help!!

I love , love , love going to the post office. The inside tellers are awesome!! our mail that gets delivered to our mailbox is awful....
We are always getting our neighbors mail and have to mail swap at least twice a week. I hope it gets better.

When going to the post office itself to send a package or do something in the office they have great customer service, friendly staff, and work efficiently. When looking at the Sulphur Springs USPS from the side of mail delivery it is below average. We have lived in several different states and I've never witnessed so much confusion nor have I ever received so many other people's mail. I've also received other people's packages and have had my own go missing. There needs to be more integrity on the delivery side.

I was in search of an illusive book of stamps and the postmaster went above and beyond locating it. In less than 5 minutes the stamps were on their way to me. Thank you for the great service.
