I had no problem with this post office before. But today, the customer service person told me he had to go to home and cannot help me at 5:40pm. I still had 20 minutes to get service. I told him its my only available time to fix my mail issue. I already lost 3 important mails and he refused to help me. Horrible place

I always drive a few minutes extra to go to this post office because the staff is friendly and efficient, the self serve machines (4!) make it easy to get things mailed, and they also do passports.  Even if there is a long line, it moves quickly.  Staff are very good with international packages.

I visited this post office because I had to change my passport. An elderly man who worked in the window took a photo from a very close distance and, in addition, told me to lean forward. This distorted my features and made me very upset.
When I asked him to re-shoot, he replied with an insulting smile that I looked exactly as in the photo.
This person works extremely unprofessionally and does not know how to use a zoom-in and should not serve visitors.
Photographs on the passport should be as correct as possible, as it serves as a confirmation of the identity when boarding an aircraft.
I do not know how to fix this situation.

Our regular postman is fine. Never have a problem. The substitute however is a disaster. Usually we leave a small package we want to ship in the mailbox and the mailman picks it up. Replacement person never picks it up. Today I looked at the mail box and all the papers were just crammed in. The post person did not bother to fold it and put it in. I have a picture to prove it. People like that give postal service bad name. Very disappointing. Again I want to point out that regular postman is fine.

They will just lie right to your face. When I went to pick up a package on Saturday, they told me that the package was already delivered to the door. Came home and received packages from amazon and fedex but nothing from usps. I called in and they confirmed that it was delivered and even told me that they called the mailman to check. Three days later, I called back because the tracking still shows the package has arrived at post office and I needed it to be changed to delivered status so that I can file a claim but all of a sudden they tell me that it will be delivered today. This basically means they lied right to my face several times right?
