I wish I could rate them zero. If it's raining you can forget getting your package delivered. They will mark that they've done it then say it was an "accidental" scan and it will be delivered the next day. I have a longish driveway and I'm lucky if they will take the time to drive down it to deliver. I usually have to go to the post office to pick my packages up because the delivery person can't be bothered. It's disgusting but I have no option of carriers when ordering online. I understand they have to go a little out of their way but last I checked, that was their JOB. I know at my job I'm expected to actually do what I'm paid to do. Worst service ever, worst location ever, worst drivers ever.

I HATE this place. No, I LOATHE this place. I hate going there and I hate the people that work there, because they do everything they can to make my life miserable and I believe they do it on purpose. The employees don't care about their customers and they are NOT going to help you. In fact, they will talk down to you as if you're a second class citizen and even humiliate you, in front of every one, as happened to me on Monday, January 22, 2018. They're not going to correct mistakes and they'll never change. USPS consistently refuses to deliver Amazon packages to my house, even though I have left a table, just inside my fence, for them to place the package. I have twice caught them in the act of not even driving up my driveway, but, instead, simply putting "the little pink 'come and get it yourself' card" in the mailbox, knowing damn well it is Saturday and I can't pick it up until Monday. I pay Amazon Prime a subscription fee to have the package delivered to my house by Saturday because THAT IS WHEN I NEED THE PRODUCT!!! Fed Ex and UPS always deliver to my table. Ugh.

Always dread going here. Lines are long, passport people are rude. The other employees are nice but always so busy.

I have emailed and complained over and over about my mail box never being closed. Have a package submitted as delivery which was not. Went to the post office talked to a manager who was supposed to call me back 6 months later no reply. No it was not stolen I was home, my other packages was in my mail box but 1 missing. Horrible horrible horrible. I wish I could opt for another post office and wish I could give them a negative rateing worse than 1 star.

Routinely under-staffed at the front counter, no matter how long the line gets. Too many sullen employees. This has been going on for years. It's either a poorly managed post office, or that the USPS is denying them adequate staff, as they try to shunt people away from post offices to their badly-run online service (or both). In either case it's poor service for the customer.
