I missed the delivery of a package, engagement ring, that needs to be signed for and go online to reschedule for pick up. Then upon going to the post office, I am told it was rescheduled for delivery by someone at the post office. The clerk was helpful and had me sign the slip and said it would be delivered on Monday. Come Monday and no package, look at the tracking info and nothing has been changed since it says I filed out the reschedule info... where is my package??? It's probably in their post office or some postal worker stole it. To be determined. Not happy...

This post office in Glens Falls New York is the best in America. Every man or woman that has served me has been extremely competent and friendly and willing to help no matter what my issue. I have begun using the US post office for packages and quit UPS because this post office is so capable; quick, kind, friendly, and helpful!

I wanted to find out why my package was not noted as out for delivery on July 5th as it arrived on July 3rd at 5:08 AM and should have been delivered on the 3rd.  I tried calling the # listed 745-4500 - 3 times.  I went to the post office and my package was not there - the presumption it is on the truck for delivery - scan not done.  The postal clerk was most helpful and noted that THE NUMBER TO CALL IS 745-4525.
