Multiple times they have claimed I wasn't there for a package delivery when I was home. This last time they must have saw me standing out front because they claimed "they could not gain access" to the delivery spot. It's 58 degrees with a slight over cast. No snow, no obstructions, just me standing in front of my door talking to my neighbor when I got the text saying they couldn't deliver. I called and asked for it to be brought back to me and I was told they couldn't and then was hung up on.

I have the third item now in the last month that showed out for delivery, was scanned in Beverly and never got delivered.  Two of the three items made it to the Beverly scan then were lost and seriously delayed.  This is why the post office is struggling. Raising prices isn't going to help. How about being competitive as far as service and delivering on time.  I have NEVER had a delay or non-delivery from Fed-x or UPS.  Very annoyed and have every right to be!  I have to update to say that the woman I have been emailing with resolved one of the issue and it was the shippers fault, not the post office.  She was very helpful and professional so my rating has been upgraded.

I knew I had a package out for delivery.  It snowed last night, I get that.  But my steps have been clear since 8 am and there is a notice from the sender that the carrier "tried to gain access" and could not deliver.  I have been home all day.This doesn't make sense.
