The lady was not polite or nice. Only two of us in line and she acted like we were putting her out. She asked me what I was doing and I had two packages in my hand...I said I am mailing these package and I went to hand them to her and she scolded me and said put them on the scale with disdain. Unbelievable!

Terrible service trying to send clothes to my Hwy Patrol Officer brother in Mo- the male was rolling his eyes when I had to tape up parts of the box that was open after I had to purchase tape from them(really?) what happened to customer service- then he said “ I’m just going to wait on this nice lady behind you “ making me feel in- welcome- then he would not give her a small piece of tape so I shared my overpriced tape with her- what a jerk- he needs to be where he is not waiting on people- First P/O I’ve been to since I’ve moved here and well UPS is where I will be going- 77.00 bucks later and bad customer service is not my cup of tea- That’s all-

The line was 5 deep during lunch time but a second helper kept asking if anyone has a pickup or wants to learn the self-service kiosk instead, and this helped shorten the line. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes during their busy time, not bad.

Went in to mail a bulk item Priority Mail. I admit I messed up on the weight, but the two ladies in there and I use ladies lightly treated me like I was a crook. Went to FedEx nearby friendly nice helped me out. Great Customer Service. Lost money (eBay) but we're the post office treated me awful FedEx was Great. No wonder why Post Office loosing money

Lady at the desk today was very professional and quick to let me know i had to go to their other building on teton. No problems here.
