Most staff working here are very friendly except one blonde old lady with shoulder length hair. She was yelling at me because I dropped off my package at her desk. I said I just dropped off as I always did, everything had been filled in and paid for. She said even though I just dropped off a package I had to wait in line to drop off. I had been doing online sales for a 8 years and had always used USPS, this is the first I had heard such a rule! No need to yell, ma’am.

They people who work here are very helpful and friendly. They work hard to keep a line down to a minimum.

The postmaster Tom was so friendly and solved a postal problem that was not even caused by the Glassboro office. He also followed up twice to keep me posted on the situation. Really great service!

The clerk at the counter was very rude and a complete liar. Worse customer service ever her clerk number is #2. We go to the post office almost every day we know how it works we know the system that is available to check miss placed packages we know its available. Ok you use the post office for packages right? The post office messed up you would think they would fix the problem. When a post office can not help you willingly with a package there is a big problem.
