Numerous times this office has decided not to deliver packages to my mail box or my gate. When I go to pick up my packages I ask them why they random decide not to deliver. I always get the same answer. You need to live within a 1/4 mile of the mail box. I live right across the street! Lazy! Complete laziness! This time my husband order flowers for me and they couldn't be bothered to deliver them. So when I finally am able to pick them up on Monday the flowers will be dead. Good job at being extremely lazy!

Horrible service!!! They keep dropping my packages of in the mud, way below the house, even on rainy days!! I can't get through on the phone and they our you on hold for an hr. Ridiculous!! We also often get other peoples' mail. Are we getting all of our own mail? I guess we'll never know.

Expect long wait times, this post office is usually slow and has customers backed up through the door. You’re out of luck if they misplace a package and may god have mercy if you needed your package in a timely manner. I recently had my time wasted in a frustrating effort to recover a package the mail carrier delivered to the wrong address. Rather than go out of their way to make it right and find my package, I was told I’d have to wait and additional 3-5 days, even though the package was already three days late. Moreover the supervisor was condescending and arrogant while explaining all this to me.

I shipped a package to my sister in a postal shipping box and they called it a suspicious looking package they couldn't tell a suspicious looking package from their butts. I could see it if it was a plain Brown box but it was in one of their boxes with postal markings all over it. The postal company thinks they are regular Dick Tracy's they need to stick to their job which they don't do all that well to begin with.

If you're thinking about renting a PO Box at this location do yourself a solid and try somewhere else. I've lost packages to this location-not sure how what with tracking and all- my mail has arrived opened, I've received mail meant for other PO boxes and had my mail misplaced into other PO boxes. It's very frusterating and has only gotten worse over the last 2 years. The staff are generally nice people, if not a little stressed out which in turn comes off as rude. Maybe they're understaffed? Either way if you want to send and receive letters and packages, this isn't a reliable place to do that. Hard pass.
