Their passport service is horrendous. Dad got there FIRST at 6:40, and they started to distribute numbers at 8. But since my mom and I weren’t there he didn’t get a number until we got there which was 5 minutes. We got number 3. Then they opened at 8:30 and we were all seated in the passport waiting area. The FIRST number didn’t get called until 9:00. Second number got called a while after the first group was done. We got called at 10:30, ONE FULL HOUR after the second group was done. WE WERE THE FIRST PEOPLE TO BE AT THE POST OFFICE YET WE WAITED 4 HOURS TO GET ATTENDED. The district should definitely hire more than one person to handle passports and such because it was all very unorganized. It’s not like they didn’t see us we kept telling them hey were here. The lady who attended us was very sweet and too was frustrated about how the post office is “organized.” This has to change.

I was trying to buy a envelope prepaid (Priority mail ) and I request the tracking number as always do in this Post office . The "manager " refused to give me the Tracking number , she gets upset and was yelling that she has been working there for 17 years and she never do that before, I was trying to explain that many times other  persons sell to me the envelopes + the tracking and she said that nobody is allow to do that . Then I went to the other post Office in Imperial Downey and I can do that easily .  .

The woman that long fingernails doesn't work her job.

Their phone service is the worst!!! Can not reach anyone regarding missing mail, etc!!! It's no wonder that they lose money every year and FedEx and UPS are making billions!
No place on website to file complaint either!!
